“Can’t add more funds to this monthly cycle” ???? I am not able to pay my phone due to this error. How am I supposed to pay for my phone then?

Same problem!  I got a new debit card, tried to change it in the app to the new payment method and kept getting this error.  Same thing with two other cards.

Verizon phone support couldn't solve the problem, all they did was give a partial credit for the month, but my payment is due in 48 hours.  All I want to do is pay Verizon.  

Regarding phone support, they had me try via the website and over the automated phone system, and they could see my attempts.

I have the same problem.  Tried different credit cards.  Tried using the automated phone system, tried the mobile phone vzw app, tried the web app, tried customer support and still haven't got the problem resolved.  My payment is due tomorrow and all I want to do is add my credit card so automatic payments are taken.  Verizon doesn't seem to be able to help.  Has anyone ever resolved this issue?
