Prepaid Roll Over Minutes?

For some reason I thought the data left from last month would be added this month after my auto-payment flushed. I had 2.73GB yesterday, today I have 3.072GB and I'm out $45.

Verizon will you PLEASE create a web page that shows what each type of plan has! Forcing people to visit a Verizon store or call doesn't get it, having a chart showing me what I'm paying for on prepaid or what I would get if I went postpaid should be part of the Verizon business model, openness and fairness.

I certainly understand your frustration.  I, too, need to see a visual of something rather than just hearing somebody explain it to me  You can find a chart of the prepaid plans at this link: Prepaid Cell Phones - No Contract Cell Phone Plans - Verizon Wireless

Postpaid plan details can be found at Verizon Cell Phone Plans | Verizon Wireless. After 6 months of service with prepaid, you'll be eligible to switch to postpaid without having to possibly (as is my case due to bad credit) pay a deposit.

That is a lame chart, where is voLTE? WiFi Tethered? Caller ID with my name instead of my phone number? I understand that there are features that only work in areas that support those features and there are features that only work with phones that support those features, that is why a chart with a line item breakdown is needed.

I went back to where I purchased my BYOP plan and 'SIM':

4G SIM Activation Kit

Bring Your Own Verizon Phone and activate on our new low cost 4G Monthly plan. Add more Data to your plan and carry over for up to 90 days on the best 4G LTE Network.

"carry over for up to 90 days"

Verizon?

I know how vital it is to have enough data. I certainly want to get this figured out. The best course of action is going to be reaching out with our prepaid department directly. They can be contacted by dialing: 888-294-6804.
