Hello! Anybody know anything about prepaid plans and traveling to Puerto Rico? My fiancé and I arrived yesterday and he hasn’t been able to make or receive calls. He has a prepaid plan and I went on and even added some “travel pass” listed there and made a payment that wasn’t even due till the end of the month just in case to cover the travel pass and it is still not working for him.
