I have had over an hour of my time wasted in your chat and still going not one word in regards to any help just repeating scripts at about thirty five minutes he woke up another agent who chimed in same scrip more repeat and for a excuse to cover his backside claims must be chat problem I should call how convenient rather insulting to say the least haven't done anything in hour should call now where get same result I might add and they limit you to three calls a day some customer service lol had same issue for months where your talking to yourself basically same with calls where they just hang up on you I think customer deserve better and it's obvious that nothing will change
