Travel Pass / wifi only / Costa Rica / still getting charged $10 day

iphone 6, Airplane Mode, using local wifi. Still getting charged $10 a day Travel Pass. This is in Costa Rica, and happened last year as well. Same setup, did not get charged on recent trips to Japan and Argentina.

Using web browser, email, and texting to another iphone user.

This is very concerning to see, Matulaitis. I don't want to see you getting charged for a service that is not being used. TravelPass will only be triggered when you place or answer a call, send a text, or use cellular data. I have sent you a Private Message here on the forum. Please access https://community.verizonwireless.com/inbox so I can look into what is triggering that usage.
