Vow Home Internet offer

Hi there. Today I received an email regarding an offer waiting for me. When I went to MyVerizon, there was no offer tiles to be found to redeem anything. Here are the instructions, but nothing that says Home Offers is visible once I login. What should I do?

Did you look at the email header to see if it was from a Verizon address? Could have been a phishing email.
