I was just switched over to the MORE Everything Plan. I am leaving Sunday to go on a cruise - Puerto Rico, Aruba, Curacao, St. Thomas, and St Kitts.
I have never used international text messaging, so I want to make sure I understand before I try use it on the trip. If I use my US-based phone to text other US-based phones in a non-US country on my trip, is that covered with the MORE plan?
I guess my question should be: what is the definition of International Messaging?
Thanks for any help you guys can offer!

That's a great question dna1282! It's important to make get information on what the charges will be while on your cruise. Some of the messages will be covered to/from Puerto Rico and St. Thomas. However, the other areas are not included and there will be a charge per text in addition to voice and data. In addition, the time spent on the boat may be roaming, please check here http://vz.to/17KseUf .

If you use your phone in an area COVERED by your service plan, then sending international text messages is covered by the MORE Everything plan. If you are outside your service area, then you are not covered.
Messages sent while you are physically located "internationally" is not what is included.
Note that Puerto Rico may be included in your service coverage area. But the other countries likely are not included.

Premium Messaging programs not included.
