Supposed to be on $35 plan yet being charged by the minute. Not first time starting to be a repeat problem. Also, plan was lowered to only allowing 500 minutes, tired of being charged by the minute. think may return to net 10 prepaid service much beter. Verizon call me on the phone that you all are not billing correctly
