My phone did not update balance and date after payment made ?
When did you apply the payment? Mine, on autopay, goes through at the end of the day of the last day. IE, my month is 7-6, payment posts on the 6th late night, I get a text on 7th that I am renewed.
I made the payment yesterday and it usually is updated immediately

I know how important it is to have the payment posted to your account. Thank you Snn5 for your assistance. Where excatly are you not seeing the balance updated? Is this for a pre-pay or post-pay account?

OP states, according to area posted, that this is Prepaid.
*It was made with a credit card and due to post on 8/11/15. I still has not posted on my phone, nor updated the balance.
