You are not currently eligible for International service options.

I am trying to sign up for the $10/day international plan for a 12 day trip I will be taking in August. When I attempt to sign up I get the following error:

"You are not currently eligible for International service options."

We are on the new Verizon Unlimited plan. Any idea why this might be happening?
