cannot add more funds to monthly cycle

hello am trying to pay my prepaid bill and i keep getting an error when i try to pay that my card wouldn’t go through until i got a message saying “we cannot add funds to your card” this card works fine i used it that day for other errands. i tried to call but they cannot accept payments through the phone anymore…
