how do i lock up my stolen prepaid phone so that it cannot be used? i have the original box it came in as well as the IMEI and MEID NUMBERS ETC??

heathershevonne1, I regret to learn your device was stolen. We want to ensure no one is able to activate or use the device in question. This can best be achieved by contacting our Prepaid team at 888-294-6804 to have the device added to a deny list. They can also check usage since it's been stolen and/or temporarily suspend the line.
