I just plugged in my 4g network extender. The blue light is flashing and the screen says: step 9 of 14, not connected. What does this mean and how can I resolve this?

did you ever get this answered? i am having same issue
it means the extender is NOT registered to your account, and Verizon's servers will not allow it to connect.
They charged my account, just never added it to my account.
I only found this out after messing with ports for a few hours then finally calling them.
vzw_customer_support PLEASE add this condition and resolution to your extender troubleshooting tool and support FAQ's. (and maybe even you quick start guide)
