verizon keeps calling me

so i have the prepaid messaging bundle ($10) and i dont use my phone to call anybody. i understand that when verizon calls its free but they just keep calling. i answered the phone one time and the other guy (indian accent or something) just kept saying helo to me. i know he heard me because he would wait for me to finish talking before saying hello again. im tired of this crap and want to know why they keep calling me. its **bleep** i know but its VERY aggrivating. so if you know what they want and why they think it necasary to call me please tell me

If Verizon sends you a text message that is a free message. But on a prepaid plan you will be charged for the call, depending on what your plan is, if you have the Core Plan you would be charged for that 99 cents. Do not answer the call and do not answer any messages left on voice mail or you will be charged. Call customer service and tell them not to call you because you are being charged for that call.

What are they calling about? Did you kindly tell them to remove your name from their calling list? Also have you registered your number on the do not call list? I had prepaid for about 8yrs. and never got calls from them and now on post paid still don't get calls from them so curious as to why you are getting so many and what they want. Mary
