I have been getting the runaround trying to cancel Apple Music. Since October 26th I have contacted Customer Support 4 times, and was assured it was canceled, only to be charged again and again.Reached out to customer service again, was told they cancelled it, and I would not be charged again. Low and behold, I got my upcoming bill and there it is, Apple Music charge. I am disappointed in this experience. I have not even opened the App since October, when I cancelled my Free Trial. I am still being charged. And the customer support is almost overly friendly sending heart emojis but each and every one of them hasn’t actually resolved my issue. I simply need APPLE MUSIC OFF OF MY ACCT AND THE ERRONEOUS CHARGES NEED TO STOP.
