ACCOUNT HELP

When I log in to my verizon account I receive a message saying SORRY WE CAN'T CONFIRM THAT THIS ACCOUNT IS YOURS.

As of now this is an inconvenience due to the fact that I am trying to finish the setup process on the Google Pixel 9 XL Pro that I just purchased from Verizon.

Actually I am STILL having problems.

Now I am able to login to the Verizon website, BUT now after I login to the Verizon website, I am NOT able to access my Verizon account.  When I try to access my Verizon account,  I am asked to LINK MY VERIZON ACCOUNTS.  YES I do have 2 accounts with Verizon MOBILE and 5g Internet.  I was told by a Verizon rep that BOTH ACCOUNTS are under ONE account number.  When I try to link my accounts using the account number from a previous Verizon bill I get an error message saying FOR SECURITY REASONS WE CAN'T GRANT YOU ACCESS TO THIS ACCOUNT.

When I try to link my accounts using my mobile number, I get an error message saying THE INFORMATION  ENTERED DOES NOT MATCH OUR RECORDS.

I cannot get rid of the message that tells me to link my accounts.  I can go to the right-hand-side of the screen and double click the message, and it will disappear for about 2-3 seconds, and come right back.  What do I need to do?.
