Cannot log into account

I cannot log into my Verizon account at all.  This is the error message I get:  

We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time. For more information about Verizon products and services, visit verizon.com. If you continue to experience problems please contact us [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] with Incident ID  417-KEBPjzMb, date, time, IP and requested URL.

That's definitely not the kind of issues we want you to have with our website, and we want to make sure we resolve this ASAP. Have you e-mailed the e-mail address provided in that message? Are you using a VPN or trying to access your account from out of the country?

I have had this problem for well over a year and spent numerous hours with Verizon tech people that thought they could solve it, but NO. We even have had it suggested that some how it was our fault, that someone on our account did something wrong to have our account "baned." It has been consistantly Verizon's problem keeping us from logging on on PCs or our phones at our house using an independent local internet sevice. I can sign in to our account at my dad's house via Cox.  Thus the consensus is that Verizon black lists certain IPs.  When we decided to try the Verizon 5G box, we had no problem signing in, but the speed and connection was not satisfactory. After a year of trying the box, we gave up and again could not sign into our account. My dad is 97 and I won't have him around forever to use his house for signing in. Come On Verizon! We have been with you for over 20 years! Good luck everyone.

I am having the same issue as well. I also emailed the email id provided with the information requested, but got this email back from them... i called the number as well, but now i am stuck in a loop. Was anyone able to get this resolved?
