I CANNOT LINK MY VERIZON ACCOUNTS

I am unable to LINK my Verizon 5g and Mobile accounts.

I am presented with 2 options.

I can either link my accounts with my mobile number

OR I can link my accounts with my Verizon account number.

No matter which option I choose

Hello todd-dj-reese! When you do have 2 Verizon Wireless accounts like this, the way to link them would be to merge them into the same account which can be done through our Transfer Your Service process which is outlined on our page here:

That makes sense to me, Yesterday I wastold that the phone number that I was given when I upgraded was a TEMPORARY PHONE NUMBER, And that I actually needed to change my Verizon account back to my  original phone number, I was on the phone for 2+ hours with a couple of different Verizon reps who walked me through the process to do that.  However, I was not told wheather I would have to re-link my accounts or not, And I forgot to ask about that.  I will visit the Verizon website to see if it is necessary to re-link my Verizon accounts,  If so I will follow the instructions You refered to in Your message to me.
