I recently purchase new plan and phone on 10/1. I received basic order confirmation email and another email for my trade-in but no other emails.
additionally, i downloaded the MyVerizon app. When i tried to link my new account, none of the info (new verizon number or order #/location code) works.
what am i supposed to do now? Can i please have some assistance or information?

Rep was able to assist. Turns out i just need to wait for new phone to arrive!

Hi, if your Verizon service(s) aren't active yet, then the My Verizon account you currently have is a guest account and can't have anything linked to it. Wait until your new phone has been activated and everything's working with it, then re-register on My Verizon using the create new account link at the login page, or alternatively, use this link to get My Verizon going properly:
