Not being able to link your number to online account seems to be an ongoing problem. I cannot link my number to my account and trying to reach an actual LIVE CS Rep is impossible. And, if you do reach one, they do not understand what the situation is and talk to you in scripted circles, WITHOUT providing a resolution!
I just switched to Verizon within the last month or so and while I appreciate the phone, not being able access my account is extremely frustrating. So, until I can verify the information listed in my account, Verizon will have to wait to get paid. I'm not potentially paying someone else's bill. Fix the account link issue Verizon, now!
