I have tried to login in today, been a customer for many years, keeps telling me that I do not exist, but able to verify with text, emails, it is just the web site login won't work. Tried resetting password, still no success. Tried calling text support, AI nightmare, just kept trying to tell me to "reset password", isn't there any people working at Verizon anymore!!
I had a login issue about a year ago where the PC version of My Verizon was stuck in a loop where it would attempt to sign me in, but would immediately return to the login page over and over to where the screen was flashing in a strobe light pattern. Could be a server is down someplace if you can't sign in. Are you using a VPN or enhanced security settings on your browser? If disabling the extra security, clearing your browser cache, and trying a different browser isn't working, then it's something on Verizon's side.
