Why are the message and call log details not available? AGAIN! This is becoming a more and more frequent occurrence. And if that is not frustrating enough, try "chatting" with an agent. Like seriously...is there an actual person on the other end of the chat or just another chatbot that Verizon believes they have created with more advanced AI? They are still robotic and can't seen to actually answer a question when asked. It's like the AI is selecting key words and responding with nonsense. The purpose of a chat conversation is to be able to reach a resolution quickly without having to call in and wait on hold. Please tell me why they say "allow me a few moments to pull up your details." yet 20 minutes later they still have nothing! No wonder why they are always saying things like "I appreciate your patience."
