Phone number not in your record?

I want to cancel my subscription and for some odd reason I can't log in, so I tried to change my password and for some odd reason I still cant login because your system does not recognize my phone number, I need to get in contact asap, because I am in Guam and want to change my service.

We're sorry to hear you are having difficulties when logging in. While travelling outside the U.S. sometimes you can run into log in issues. What subscription are you attempting to cancel?
