Webpage login keeps refreshing

I am using my laptop to try to log into my Verizon account. However, the login page keeps refreshing over and over again. I am using Microsoft Edge. I did download Google Chrome and it worked for 1 day and now that too keeps refreshing. On Google Chrome I did not check the "remember me " or "keep me logged in" box. I cleared my cache and cookies and still it keeps refreshing on both web browsers. Anyone have any another solution?

So, Verizon doesn't actually respond to questions in here? Because I have been having the exact same issue since July 7 and have called tech support numerous times. They just say the website is being updated but it's been over 2 weeks that I can't log in on either Chrome or MS Edge.

Could it be you have some kind of firewall blocking access to My Verizon? If you are trying to login to your account while at work, many companies restrict internet access somehow to prevent excess personal usage.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Nope. Home computer. Worked fine for many years. Tried to turn off my VPN because sometimes that gives me issues but no luck. Still having issues.
