Ordered new iPhones on 9-28-24. Still have not received phones. Still says back ordered in my orders. Getting an absolute run around from Verizon’s support systems, call back system hung up on me, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, still no answers. Anyone else having this problem?
Can you cancel the order? There were some threads about a month ago from people reporting long-term backorders on the new iPhone but I would've thought that had been straightened out by now. It clearly isn't, at least for you.
