Looking for anyone to help us or guide us in the right direction here as Verizon is ZERO help and is taking ZERO responsibility for their mistake!
This is really so simple.
We called to order an 11"iPad.
and hour later I called back and told the rep to cancel the 11"iPad because it would be too small and we needed the 12.9"iPad.
he does so and orders us the 12.9"iPad.
WE NEVER GET AN 11"iPad.
WE DO GET THE 12.9"iPad.
We activate the 12.9"iPad and have been using it for 10months.
Our bill is on autopay so I don't notice that we are being charged for the 11"iPad for the past 10months!
You can clearly see we never took delivery. Never activated any 11"iPad and there is zero data usage on the thing.
one rep even told us he can see it AT THE WAREHOUSE!!!!
NOW I HAVE A $1200 Charge on my account for an IPAD WE NEVER RECEIVED/USED ANYTHING!!!
I am ready to switch back to T-MOBILE and have already hired a lawyer to rectify this situation. We have spoken to countless reps and "managers" and "supervisors" NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING!
Lost at this point and don't know who else to speak to.
