Cautious with Verizon Online Order - Delivery address messed up even when your order detail shows the correct one

I'm sharing this recent very unpleasant online order experience with everyone, and hope you will be luckier with your next order with Verizon when double-checking what they put in your shipping address, apparently what's on your order page doesn't count.
I ordered my new phone recently with an online chat agent, and I spotted the address missing my apartment number, so before confirming the order, I asked them to send me a link to revise the address. The complete address showed up in my order. However, after the tracking showed out for delivery, it updated to the incomplete address and I found out apartment number is incomplete only the building number is on there, no room number.
Then the nightmare began, UPS couldn't change anything based on what I provided because Verizon has restrictions, and all I got from Verizon was that we would create tickets so the offline team or another representative or someone would contact you to verify information or provide you updates. After three days of getting nowhere with Verizon, I called UPS again today and was lucky enough to work things out with a nice UPS local warehouse clerk. Not even mention that Verizon somehow changed the receiver name during these days for some reason, and I am almost not able to pick up the package myself.
Wanted to make a complaint about this, and the first Verizon representative told me "since you got your package, I was advised not to escalate your call". Made the complaint through the second rep. Hope this could help someone in the future avoid suffering the same issue.

Posted too soon, second rep didnโt complete my complaint either, went complete silence after โchecking with my supervisorโ. And I got a text message asking me how I rate my call when my call shows connected but with complete silence.
Well done Verizon, so professional of you.
