Worst customer service experience I've ever had to deal with. I had a simple issue - placed an order and paid for it, order never came, want my money back. When I call it's nearly impossible to reach the right person which turns into me being transferred multiple times, having to explain my situation over and over again, yet still they can never get me to the right person and my problem is never addressed properly. This is pretty pathetic for a multi million, maybe even billion, dollar company. For such a simple issue I shouldn't have to jump through hoops for OVER A MONTH to get answers. After calling again today I'm not even sure if I will be getting my money back for something that I paid for that Verizon failed to provide. How embarrassing. I don't even care about getting the money back at this point, I am just so incredibly angry with the experience I had and I cannot believe this is how you run your business/treat prospective customers. Get it together.
