I have spent 5 days and 7+ hours on the phone and chatting trying to get new phones ordered. I have had 2 orders cancelled by Verizon, they were shipping the phones to the wrong location without my knowledge after being promised be able to pick up the phones at a store. Now since they shipped the phones, I am being told I cannot reorder the phones until they are returned to their warehouse which could take up to 10 days. This is after they admit it was the agent's mistake. Is there anyway to go higher up and elevate a complaint or issue? Calling the basic number has been no help. They make assurances that things will be resolved in 24 hours and it has now been 5 days with no resolution.
