Fedex, missing package

Hello,

I shipped out a package via a Fedex drop box.  The package was never scanned and is now missing.  I visited the closest Fedex store, to see if the package was returned there, perhaps with a  damaged label.  The package was not there and has not turned up.

To file a claim I need a Verizon account number/ground. Does anybody know that account number?
