hi there. Just jumping on here to let you know that the fraud department is of no help. They had me upload all documentation, including my drivers license and billing information as well as my vehicle registration. They approved the order then after I ordered it, put the order on hold And now the order has been canceled. So what is the point of the entire fraud department?

Did you move recently, or is your ID about to expire? I've heard of either of these situations causing orders to be flagged as fraudulent and then being canceled.
