I recently joined Verizon and ordered an iPad Pro m4 and an Apple Pencil Pro. Both orders were cancelled today due to “fraud” despite me verifying the information needed. The fraud department still said it was incorrect despite sending my ID and a mortgage payment. Has anyone else experienced this? It’s insane they say I’m wrong about my own personal information. I just need to know of this is common or how I can get it resolved?!
