I recently purchased four gift cards from Verizon, intending to use them to pay my bill. These cards were delivered to my home via FedEx. However, when I tried to check the balance on the cards, I discovered that three of them were inactive. Hoping to resolve the issue, I contacted Verizon customer support, expecting they could activate the inactive cards. To my surprise and frustration, I was informed that these inactive cards can only be used in-store and that they are unable to assist further with this issue.
