For the past few months i've noticed that my Fios account is showing a "pending order" and notes that "your current plan will be updated in 5 minutes and then you'll be able to place additional orders"
However, I have not placed any orders on this account in some time so i"m not sure why it's showing.
I would like to get it removed and am unsure how to do this. I am now waiting to to chat with a live again, but have been waiting for almost 20 minutes.
I was hoping to look at what a plan upgrade would look like to move to 2g fios internet but cannot do that while there's a pending order still showing on my account.
I would rather not have to call ,but if I have to I can.
