I guess Verizon doesn't want any new business, I have been trying to switch from T-mobile

I have been trying to start a new service with Verizon from  T-Mobile since 4/13/24. I got on line picked out my new Iphone 15 pro Max and the next thing I get a tracking number with an address in New York I live in Texas and I even checked the box "shipping address same as billing" I have no clue how they got a NY address, I wont even visit there.  It gets better I had to wait for the phone to be returned and then Verizon to refund my money. I received the refund on 4/24/24. The whole time I am being placed on hold transferred to different departments being assured it would be taken care of. I order another phone pay my $99 it went up from the first one it was only $96 but it doesn't matter, because I have two emails from their Pro on the Go that they would be delivering the phone and they have not shown up either time. I call this morning 4/28/24 and after being passed around again to like 4 people was told the order was canceled. I asked by whom and they said it wasn't going to get there in time. Wait what, so you canceled a second order for a new customer and have the nerve to tell me to call back on this Thursday May 2nd after my refund is processed and place a third order. This is insane everyone says how can I make your day today or oh I can fix that don't worry. How about just half your employees do their job and pay attention to what they are doing. See we are your customers you are not my customer and that is how more than half your support  agents act.  The last person I spoke with put me on hold for an hour until your offices closed.  So with this being said my next step is to file a complaint with the  FCC.  For bait and switch, you have different perk options available from the time you canceled my first order to the second.    Not to mention the fact you  just lost a total of 4 lines because I was going to port my other lines over and I am so glad I decided to wait to port my number over or my work or customers couldn't call me.  So how do you fix this and how do you make up for all of the hours I have spent on this. Not to mention I stayed home last Wednesday because they were supposed to show up between 5-7pm and I did the same thing last night because it was supposed to be delivered between 6-8pm and again no email saying he wasn't going to make it or a phone call, nothing. What if one of your vendors or suppliers did Verizon that way. Say Apple just decided to cut Verizon off no more iPhone . How much of your business would you lose?  So  this is Verizon's final opportunity to correct and resolve this or I will be contacting and filling a formal complaint with the FCC.  Tomorrow

If something is this problematic when trying to get it to happen, I take that as a sign that it's not meant to be. 😉  Maybe you should stay with T-Mobile?  Yes, I realize this sounds blasphemous being a Verizon customer myself, but it's been my experience in life when I've tried to do something no matter what even though all signs say it's a bad idea, then it's just a train wreck later...
