I placed an order for a few devices and a new customer phone plan everything seemed to be in place and didn't mind the verification process. I uploaded my identification then called customer service to let me know if everything was in order, she assured me everything was fine, ended the call as I thought everything was fine. I check the order three hours later and there's an error alert and a number to call Verizons fraud protection, the representative stated the identification was blurry and to upload proof of address, she sent another link. I uploaded the documents again then checked the order and it was cancelled by this time. I called customer service again and they said my documents were no good ( My State ID and proof of residency) which works absolutely everywhere else. It's a terrible way of treating a potential customer? I am very angry with what happened today, my intelligence has been assaulted because I am smart enough to provide proper documents.
