I ordered an iphone 16 pro on 10/11. It said it would ship on 10/11. Not so. I have wasted too much time with Verizon support regarding a ship date. The chat bots are a joke and want you to believe they are human. I was asked to wait 4 days for a date on. 11/2 so they could escalate my request. No tesponse after 5 days.
Bought the phone from apple.com. Picked it up on same day at the local apple store .Apple said coul ship it to me in 2 days.
Typing this on the new phone.
Canceled the Verizon order. Verizon could not provide a ship date in a month.
VERIZON HAS NO RESPECT FOR THEIR. CUSTOMERS.
