I preordered my Iphone 16 pro on September 16, I never received an email, but the order number does appear on my app. I was told in the store I would receive my new phone on the 20th, but I never received an email after I ordered nor any additional information. My phone has not shipped yet, it just keeps saying the order number and that a ship date will update soon.
