Lost reordered phone queue

I was told by VZW to cancel my iphone 16 pro max do to a problem with their system not allowing an updated payment method. I was told to reorder the phone and I will not lose my queue for my new order since I ordered it Sept 30th. Of course that wasn't the truth as my shipping date has slipped to Nov 8th and was originally Oct 25th. Was promised that I wouldn't lose my shopping date and it was marked on account when I called back that it could be done
