Missing order

I received two $200 e-giftcards from [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] on November 1st. I used one of these giftcards to purchase a pair of samsung earbuds through the my verizon app on November 7th. The total came to $222.59, I paid $200 via giftcard and the remaining balance with my debit card. The gift card now shows a zero balance and the $22.59 was taken from my bank account. I never received a confirmation email or tracking information. I have now had two chats with customer service reps and an almost two hour long phone call and this order is no where to be found. I've talked to a third party who handles giftcard transactions and they were no help and I've been through the phone tree too many times to count. All I want is the headphones I ordered but somehow the order can't be found, my money sure was taken though.
