I placed an order with a representative on February 19th to get a phone and bring 2 lines from xfinity over with a deal to pay existing balance off of one phone with a rebate.  It took me two weeks to find out that nobody didn't know why my order was delivered or completed but yet my payment of the taxes was completed.  So I canceled the whole order. Verizon still hasn't given me a reason or answer as to what went wrong.  I contacted Representative that helped me and she won't answer me back I feel being a Verizon customer I got the worst customer service ever.
