It has been almost two months now, i have contacted customer service about 20 times now and submitted 5 tickets, and every agent i talk to start promising i will receive my shipping label within two days, and last agent told me he is sending me an email and that " the server is slow." of course I never receive that email until now. How comforting my carrier company has slow servers !!!!
I even went to three stores, and they all said that's an online order, contact customer service.
Now I'm stuck with a $600 bill for a device i have NO WAY to ship it to Verizon to get my promo processed, I'm wondering if I can go straight to the warehouse and be like, here is your device, give me my money !!
If anyone has a magic solution please let me know !!

Is there no order number or anything in your history to reflect that you were attempting to get a new device? From what you're describing, I'm surmising you were trying to get a trade-in promotion, but the promotion was never applied or didn't go through but you didn't get any rejection notice. And if the promotion is no longer being offered, then the first-string CS reps won't be able to locate it either. I do have a number for Internet Order Support if you've got an order number and hopefully they'll be able to sort it: 866-338-7390.

Can you provide the Verizon Returns processing Center address where I should ship my phone?

Is there an option in My Verizon where you go to your orders or promotions in process and print the shipping label yourself?

The promo doesn't even show on my account, nor there is a tracking number or status check.

The latest update: I was promised by "Brian" that I Will receive my shipping label within 2-3 days, he said that the 7 customer service agents before him missed that the apartment number was missing from the shipping label !
However, he was not able to provide a tracking number or send me a copy of the shipping label via email (I agree that they could just email you a shipping label)
Lets wait !!!

First, I don't know why it says 1 solution! My problem has NOT been resolved yet; I just sent the phone back, and it says delivered. Now I would like to speak to a representative to get the process started, as advised by the agent.

I'd either create a completely new thread, where the topic is you didn't get [promotion], or use live chat and tell them you didn't get [promotion] when you have returned the trade-in. If there is nothing showing in your account still to reflect a promo, then someone at Verizon needs to do the paperwork to get it going.
