I opened a ticket, twice. Not a chat session.... an Orders Status Form. I asked that status of an order from May 23rd. Still hasn't shipped. Support cannot just respond with a status update. They start a chat and want all this info. I gave an order number and everything they needed. No human brains being used at this company. So, my order sits unshipped and I get zero help.
Sorry to hear about your experience. Did you place the order online? I have in my notes there's an Internet Order Support group: 866-338-7390. Other reasons for an order not shipping are if you exceeded some credit limit set by Verizon or if the order was flagged as fraudulent for some reason. Financial Services may be reached at 866-266-1445, and the Fraud Prevention department at 888-483-7200.
