Hei Everyone, I have some trouble with an online order. On November 30th I order a google thermostat 4th generation using the online store, I received the confirmation email with all the information and the delivery of the item was supposed to be by December 6th. Today is December 10th and I have no info about the location of my item and when I'm supposed to receive it. I tried to reach out to the customer service but apparently they can help you only if you by a phone or a service. Can anyone help me to understand how to fix the problem or share a number/email i can use to talk to an operator?
