I love talking with the Verizon people who are in the background. They have helped me tremendously over the years. And I've come to depend on that help in a lot of ways because of my learning disabilities. More than 10 times I have had things explained to me in layman's terms that help me understand š better.
Yesterday and the day before I was treated like doodoo by a guy named Christopher I needed accommodations because of my disabilities. Needless to say my purchase is not completed due to this gentleman not even want them to give me the time of day.
