So I am a new customer and order 2 phones and 2 new lines online last night and paid for express delivery to be today. I paid $200, I got a receipt via email, I got an order number vis email. I even got an email this morning saying my order has shipped when when I click on track shipping it says the order number doesn't exist. I have tried calling the Verizon number MULTIPLE times and absolutely can't get a live agent. Everytime I try to link the account to myVerizon app it tells me it's invalid or doesn't exist. Has anyone else had this problem??? I was switching to Verizon but this is NOT looking hopeful!! I either want to know if I actually have an order that's coming or if it's somehow canceled l. If it's canceled they better refund my $200
