My order is being canceled because of a discrepancy, and they said they can't fix it. They already charged me for it and I would like to reinstate it because of the free phones and switch to Verizon promotion.

They did not tell me when I called the number 888-483-7200, and they said there was nothing they could do. I'm assuming it has to do with my payment, but they charged my credit card, and I turned in my ID and lease agreement as proof of address. Maybe it had to do with the fact that I'm shipping the phones to my family's place in a different city, I have no idea.
