Order cancelled without my knowledge

I’ve ordered some headphones online, the 1st order had to be cancelled because they didn’t want to charge my gift card then charge the difference to my debit card so I had to cancel it and re ordered it with the right payments. The real issue is I had to talk to multiple reps and even a supervisor just to find out that my 2nd ordered go cancelled without my knowledge. These agents that I’ve talked to tossed me around like a football to different departments just because they couldn’t give me the right answer, don’t get me wrong, these agents were very nice but the training they got could be better. Then I was able to talk to a supervisor and even that didn’t help, all he could do is made sure my refunds got purchased. I didn’t want my refund, all I really want was the dang headphones, and they couldn’t even do it right. I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years now and after this experience, I’m thinking of going somewhere else.
Verizon, you guys need to do something about the customer service, it shouldn’t take this long just to get an simple answer.
