So I recently ordered the s23 and every time I speak to someone they act like they've resolved the issue but in reality they've done nothing I still have no notifications regarding the delivery. Whenever I go to Verizon assistant it just says delayed and when I try and track the phone it says delivery status will be updated soon and it still hasn't shipped .What do I do ?I've already paid my current phone off plus fees from upgrading and all that stuff AND my next bill is already higher like as if I have the phone already .What do I do ?What are my options here ?#Verizon #shippingdelayed
