Order not delivered

I placed an order for Bose headphones on November 28th with expected delivery on December 2nd; however, the package has not arrived. The shipment has shown as "out for delivery" on a FedEx truck for four days. Verizon has issued a ticket number for this issue, but I have yet to receive any updates.

Nope nothing has been done, just the same thing said repeatedly by customer care. 

I have received zero follow ups / updates or help for my problem. I just can't keep waiting for weeks for the shipment to arrive which probably is lost in transit.
